The exterior of the brasserie, with its bespoke brass finishing and hand-painted signage, is meticulously crafted to create a timeless appearance, as if it has always been there.

Inside, the Glasshouse has an air of art deco grandeur with exquisite crystal chandeliers and luxurious velvet seating. With views of Edinburgh Castle, it is the perfect place to relax and treat yourself to a Champagne and seafood feast.

 

The main dining area is warm and intimate, creating the
